A: Yes All Mobile Phones we sell are brand new.

Q. Is there a warranty on the mobile phones?
A: All mobile phones are under warranty and according to EU standards; all mobile phones have a minimum warranty of 6 months. We provide a minimum of 1 Year warranty and 2 Years on selected models.

* The seal on the box is normally broken to apply the network settings, but this does not affect your warranty.

Q. Is the mobile phone unlocked?
A: Yes, All our phones are unlocked.
 
Q. What should be included in the box?
A: All boxed mobile phones come with Battery, Manual and European Mains charger.

Q. Do all your mobile phones work in Malta and EU?
A: In Malta all mobile telephony network providers GO Mobile, Vodafone & Melita also including virtual networks Redtouch Fone use either of these networks GSM 900 / GSM 1800 and most of international networks too. 
 
Q. Will you accept any offers and or exchange for my old mobile phone? 
A: We regret that we cannot accept any offers to exchange old mobile phones our prices are as low as can possibly be so said prices are strictly non-negotiable.
 
Q. What happens If I receive something I did not order or my product is defective?
A: We try to avoid these situations as much as possible, however if such an event will have to occur, we would kindly request you to contact us immediately so that we can solve your problem accordingly.
 
Q. Do you ship outside EU / Rest of the World countries? 
A: Yes, we do ship outside EU countries & Rest of the World excluding Nigeria.
